Return of the Big Boss refreshed Tata Safari Storme coming soon

It is after a decade Tata Motors brought the next generation of its flagship SUV - the Safari. Renaming it as Safari Storme, Tata Motors gave life to a new era in the Indian SUV arena. Though the Storme came a bit later than its rivals, it has come up as a worthy product. The sales chart shows that the Storme has already grabbed the minds of "auto-holics". It has started clicking the market with its capability on the road and off the road. It was just months before this big boy came out of the moms womb. Now Tata Motors is doing a dialysis for the Storme and gonna bring it with some fresh blood and meat.

Sources say that Safari Storme get updates in and out. The refreshed Storme will have an engine upgrade, feature upgrades and styling upgrades. It will be powered by a tuned 2.2l Varicor Engine that pumps out 160 bhp of power and a mouth watering torque of 400 Nm. These figures has already made some "thunder and storm" in the minds of Safari fans. Even though it weighs a lot, Safari Storme has proven that it is a good all round performer.

Safari has been always the favorite SUV for many Indians. The immense road presence and commanding driving position has made it the best pick by many. Space and comfort was the USP of Tata Safari and that made it a mile muncher. Storme has retained all the qualities of the previous gen Safari and has improved a lot more. With the launch of the refreshed Storme, it will be the most comfortable, the most capable off roader and the powerful Indian SUV.

The feature upgrades will make the Storme to be seated along with the premium SUVs. It gets the first in class premium sound system that is developed by Harman Kardon which will have a sub woofer, amplifier and surround speakers. With this feature installed, Safari Storme will be the first Indian car to have a specially designed complete sound system. We have seen SUVs like Audi Q7 which has Bang & Olufsen sound system installed. So it is clear that Tata Motors is taking the Safari Storme into the premium segment.
The biggest surprise for the refreshed Storme lies with the new Automatic Transmission. It has been noticed that all the major SUV manufacturers have started coming up with an Automatic Transmission.  Customers are seeking Automatic SUVs these days to make the driving easy in the hectic traffic of Indian roads. The latest addition to the Automatic SUV range was the Toyota Fortuner AT. Ford came up with the Endeavour AT years back.  Mahindra XUV 500 has been the biggest rival of Safari which doesnt have an automatic transmission. That is an added advantage to the Safari Storme. Off Roading abilities of Safari  always stood up. The refreshed one also gets the same Borg Warner Shift - on - Fly Four Wheel Drive System. The styling cues has been complemented by a new set of alloy wheel design which is inspired from the Aria crossover.
