Honda already started the development of next generation City.Next Generation Honda city is caught testing in China and the test mule has camouflaged heavily.With the trapezoidal grill of all Honda cars we know that it is a Honda.The test mule is not bigger than Accord or Civic.So we are sure it is the City.
Current generation of Honda city launched in 2008.Next generation Honda city is longer and wider than the current generation.Styling of the next generation Honda city will be more sporty and aggressive.Rear tail lamp of next generation city has LEDs in it.Rear tail lamp will be extended to the boot.We cant get anything more from these spy pictures.
Honda has upgraded the wheel structure from 4 to 5 hole structure.Honda hasn’t given any change for the Rear suspension.Current city uses semi independent torsion beam.Exhaust system also looks same.So the excellent ride and handling of current city will be retained by the new city.
Next generation Honda city has both petrol and diesel engine.Petrol engine is same 1.5 L i-VTEC engine which will be more powerfully tuned stage.Diesel engine is the new 1.5 L i-DTEC from the Brio Amaze.New engines will be more clean and more efficient than the existing engines.We expect the next generation Honda city to debut in 2013.
