BMW 6 series Gran coupe is the sedan version of the 6 series.Last month we have reported BMW will bring the Gran coupe to India.Now we have more confirmation.BMW India has started testing Gran coupe on Indian soil.The 6 series Gran coupe that was caught on India is the diesel version and on matte brown shade.This is one of the best colors for the Gran coupe.In design both 6 series and Gran coupe shares some parts.From the front both are identical.From the side Gran coupe looks longer than the 6 series.
On the Rear there are more changes.Boot lid doesn’t have the brake light strip and the gran coupe has dual exhaust.In India Gran coupe is powered by the same 3.0 L Diesel engine from the 6 series.3.0 V6 diesel makes 313 BHP of power and can make the gran coupe reach 0-100 in 5.5 seconds.Top speed is 250 Kmph.BMW 6 series Gran coupe fight against Audi A7 and Mercedes CLS.We can expect the 6 series Gran coupe launch before the end of this year.
