As one of the major vehicle market, the battle between luxury car manufacturers for supremacy in US is usual. But for now BMW wins the battle topping Mercedes Benz by 7326 units.
BMW is crowned for the second consecutive year the number one premium automaker in the United States.Through November, Mercedes held the lead with 1,849 vehicles sold more than BMW, The 39 percent sales boost in last month turned the tables. BMW said sales of its 5 Series sedan were especially strong, up 10.3%. Sales of the less-popular 6 Series doubled. And sales of its South Carolina-made X3 crossover rose 26.6%.
The sales results don’t include Daimler’s cargo vans and Smart cars and BMW’s Mini brand, which aren’t luxury vehicles
